March 5th – One-Hour Yoga Class at the Elevations Lounge – $20 per person

Take one or both classes:

6:00 – 7:00PM – Slow Flow & Stretch Yoga: a gentle practice that combines deep breathing, stretching, and relaxed postures to bring restorative energy and serenity to your body and mind.

7:00 – 8:00PM – Yin Yoga: A yoga practice that consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that work the connective tissues of the body. We hold stress in multiple areas – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. The poses are held for up to three minutes. Connect with your body. Connect with the ebb & flow of breath. Feel your yoga practice.
